General Description of Functions:
  • Define the product, its configurations, and the evolution roadmap (short, medium, and long term);
  • Maximize product value, specifically regarding the digital platforms under your responsibility;
  • Manage and prioritize the development backlog in coordination with different departments;
  • Define features and priorities, aligned with the group's strategy;
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements;
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation (manuals, terms and conditions, forms, etc.);
  • Analyze technical requirements and prepare diagnostic reports for commercial proposals;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in coordination with Marketing;

Profile:
  • High School Diploma (Higher education in Engineering, IT, Technology, Management, or similar fields is valued);
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management (preferred);
  • Experience with technology roadmaps and digital products;
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Valid Driver's License (B/B1 category);
  • Short-term or immediate availability.

Profile:
  • Knowledge and/or practical experience in developing solutions based on LLM (Large Language Models).
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, numpy) and Deep Learning (PyTorch).
  • Professional experience in traditional AI projects covering the full lifecycle of AI models.
  • Relevant professional experience with cloud-based AI platforms.

  • Ensure compliance of traditional AI models with the ACIN-approved AI architecture, guaranteeing secure and efficient integration into the company's data and cybersecurity architecture, in accordance with internal policies for AI governance and compliance.
  • Keep up to date with new AI techniques, methodologies, and tools, promoting continuous learning and applying knowledge to improve and innovate developed solutions.
